Subject: Installation of Central Air Conditioning Equipment
I thought I would write today to express
my gratitude to you and your staff. My replacement Central Air
job was scheduled very promptly. Your staff arrived on time and
fully equipped to complete the job.
The fellows were polite, courteous and
willing to answer questions from myself and even from the neighborhood
kids who are always so curious!
The job was completed quickly, and there
was very little mess. This was quickly cleaned up and your guys
hauled away the old equipment, cardboard, and even the floor
sweepings! Your guys even took a couple of minutes to re-mount
my garden hose reel which had to be moved to accommodate the
larger size of the new outside unit.
They even took the time to help me fill
out the forms for the current Rebate Program that saved me $575.00!

I must also mention that I am pleased with
your recommendation for the size of cooling capacity of the unit
for my home. I can start the Central Air when it's well over
80 degrees outside, and have my home cooled down in a couple
of hours. The unit cycles on for a while and then off for a while
- the old one took 12 to 18 hours to cool the home, and ran 18
to 20 hours per day to keep it almost cool in here! This new
High Efficiency Central Air is GREAT and costing me a lot less
to operate!
I feel quite comfortable in recommending
you and your guys to my friends and family!
